Redline Cleaning Solutions ("Redline", "we", "us") provides residential and property cleaning in Denver, Colorado and surrounding areas. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, phone, text and email, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
We only collect what we need to quote, schedule and complete your cleaning:
- Contact details: name, phone number, email address and service address or zip code.
- Home details: square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, basement, cleaning type, extras, condition, preferred date and any notes you share.
- Booking and payment details: a debit or credit card on file to hold your appointment. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our website.
- Messages: calls, texts, emails and direct messages you send us, and photos you share of your home.
- Basic technical data: like any website, our hosting provider may log standard information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
- To give you a quote, schedule your cleaning and send confirmations and reminders.
- To complete the service, charge your card after the cleaning, and handle cancellations or re-cleans.
- To answer your questions and follow up on a quote you requested.
- To keep records required for our business, taxes and insurance.
- To improve our services and protect our business and customers from fraud.
Text messages (SMS)
If you check the text message box on our quote form, or text us first, you agree to receive text messages from Redline Cleaning Solutions about your quote, appointments, reminders and follow-ups.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.
- Agreeing to texts is not required to get a quote or book a cleaning.
- Your mobile number and text message consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and booking records for as long as you are a customer and afterward as long as needed for taxes, insurance and legal reasons. Quote requests that never turn into a booking are deleted when no longer needed.
How we protect it
We limit access to your information to the people who need it to serve you and use reputable providers for payments, messaging and hosting. No method of sending or storing information is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to see the information we have about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can opt out of texts or emails. Email sales@redlinecleaningsolutions.com or call 720-836-1736. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep certain records the law requires us to keep.
Colorado residents may have additional rights under the Colorado Privacy Act where it applies to us. We will honor valid requests under applicable law.
Children
Our services and website are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
